At KAST, we believe that competitive swimming is about more than just winning races—it is about building character in and out of the water. We established this USA Swimming sanctioned club to give Knoxville athletes a dedicated space to push their limits, master their technique, and achieve their personal bests. From the first dive into the pool to the final touch on the wall, our coaching staff is here to help every swimmer make every second count.
